1. About these Terms
These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the Black Arrow 3D website, the creation of customer accounts, and orders for 3D printers, filament, resin, accessories, spare parts and related products.
Black Arrow 3D is a business line operated by Black Arrow Venture, Dammam, Eastern Province, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Commercial Registration: 7054542985. VAT Number: 314841084500003. References to “Black Arrow 3D,” “we,” “us” or “our” mean Black Arrow Venture in connection with its 3D-printing business.
By using the website, creating an account or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these Terms, together with the applicable Returns and Refunds Policy, Privacy Policy and any product-specific warranty terms.
2. Customer information and accounts
You must provide complete and accurate contact, billing and delivery information. You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and for activity carried out through your account. Please notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
We may suspend an account or refuse an order where reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, misuse, unlawful activity or harm to the website or other customers.
3. Product information
We aim to display accurate product descriptions, specifications, compatibility information, availability, images and prices. Colors and appearance may vary slightly because of lighting, photography and display settings. Manufacturer specifications may change without notice.
Customers are responsible for checking that a printer, material, accessory or spare part is suitable and compatible with their intended use. Please contact us before ordering if compatibility is unclear.
If we discover a material error in a description, price or availability status before dispatch, we may contact you to confirm the corrected order or cancel the affected item and refund any amount already paid.
4. Prices and VAT
Prices are displayed in Saudi riyals. VAT and any delivery or additional charges will be disclosed as required before the order is completed. Promotions, prices and availability may change before an order is accepted, but changes will not be applied retrospectively to an accepted order except where required by law or agreed with the customer.
5. Orders and acceptance
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated acknowledgment only confirms receipt of the order; it does not necessarily mean the order has been accepted. Acceptance occurs when we expressly confirm the order, receive or approve the selected payment method, or dispatch the products, as applicable.
We may reject or cancel an order because of unavailable stock, an obvious pricing or description error, failed payment, suspected fraud, delivery restrictions or another legitimate reason. If payment has been received for a cancelled order, the affected amount will be refunded.
6. Payment
Available payment methods are shown at checkout or communicated in the quotation or order confirmation. They may include bank transfer and approved electronic payment methods.
Orders paid by bank transfer are not confirmed until cleared funds are received. Customers must use the payment reference provided and must not send payment to an account that has not been confirmed through an official Black Arrow 3D channel.
7. Availability, pre-orders and special orders
Stock indicators are updated regularly but do not guarantee availability until an order is accepted.
Pre-order arrival and dispatch dates are estimates unless expressly stated as guaranteed. An ordinary pre-order may be cancelled for a full refund at any time before dispatch. Once dispatched, the Returns and Refunds Policy applies.
A product sourced, configured, manufactured or ordered specifically for a customer may be treated as a special-order or customized product. Any restriction on cancellation or return must be clearly disclosed before the order is completed. This does not affect rights relating to defective products or products that do not match the agreed specifications.
8. Delivery
We deliver to supported locations in Saudi Arabia. Available services, charges and estimated delivery dates are shown at checkout or in the order confirmation. Delivery estimates may vary by destination, product size, stock status and carrier.
Customers must provide an accurate name, mobile number, national address and delivery details. Additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete information may be charged where permitted by law.
We will notify the customer of a material known delay. Subject to applicable law, a customer may cancel an order if delivery is delayed by more than 15 days beyond the agreed delivery date, unless the delay results from force majeure or the parties agree to a revised delivery date.
Risk of accidental loss or damage passes in accordance with applicable law and the agreed delivery method. Please inspect the external packaging at delivery and report visible transit damage promptly.
9. Returns, exchanges and refunds
Returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by the separate Black Arrow 3D Returns and Refunds Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights under applicable Saudi law.
10. Warranty and after-sales support
Manufacturer warranties vary by brand and product. The applicable warranty period and coverage are stated on the product page, warranty documentation or order confirmation where available.
Black Arrow 3D will reasonably assist customers in submitting valid warranty claims to the manufacturer, authorized distributor or supplier. A manufacturer-led warranty process does not remove any non-excludable rights or remedies the customer has against the seller under applicable law.
Warranty coverage generally does not include normal wear, consumables, accidental damage, misuse, unauthorized modification or repair, unsuitable electrical supply, failure to follow operating or maintenance instructions, or use outside the manufacturer’s specifications, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
11. Safe and lawful use
3D printers, heated components, resins, tools and electrical equipment must be installed, operated, ventilated and maintained according to manufacturer instructions and applicable safety requirements. Customers are responsible for lawful use of the products and for ensuring appropriate supervision, ventilation and personal protective equipment.
12. Website content and intellectual property
The website’s original text, layout, graphics, photographs, branding and other content are owned by Black Arrow Venture or used with permission. Manufacturer names, logos and product imagery belong to their respective owners. Website content may not be copied, republished, modified or used commercially without prior permission, except as permitted by law.
13. Reviews, files and customer-provided content
Content submitted to us must be lawful and must not infringe another person’s intellectual-property, privacy or other rights. If a customer supplies a file, logo, model or design for a custom service, the customer confirms that they have the right to use it. We may refuse content or instructions that appear unlawful, unsafe or infringing.
14. Third-party services and links
The website may use or link to payment providers, logistics companies, manufacturers, social platforms and other third parties. Their services may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party content or services beyond the extent required by applicable law.
15. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Black Arrow 3D is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from misuse, incompatible products, failure to follow instructions, unauthorized modification, customer-provided errors, carrier delays outside our reasonable control, or force-majeure events. Where liability may lawfully be limited, our aggregate liability relating to an order will not exceed the amount paid for the affected product or service.
16. Force majeure
We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural events, government measures, supply-chain interruption, carrier disruption, telecommunications failure or manufacturer delay. We will take reasonable steps to reduce the impact and inform affected customers when appropriate. Mandatory cancellation or refund rights remain unaffected.
17. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in law, products or operations. The version published when an order is placed generally governs that order unless applicable law requires otherwise or the customer agrees to a later change.
18. Governing law and disputes
These Terms and related electronic transactions are governed by the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The parties should first attempt to resolve a complaint amicably through our customer-support channels. If that is not possible, the dispute may be submitted to the competent Saudi authorities or courts.
