How it works

1. Send us your design, MakerWorld link or idea on WhatsApp and ask for a quote.
2. We confirm all the details with you before production begins, including the file, material, colour, size and timing for your order.
3. We print your order. 3D printed items are typically prepared within 3 to 5 business days, as most are made to order.
4. We deliver across Saudi Arabia: standard shipping 30 SAR (4-5 business days) or fast shipping 50 SAR (2-3 business days). You receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

• Cancellation is possible only before production begins.
• Custom and personalized orders are not returnable for change of mind. Defects, a wrong product or shipping damage are covered by our Return & Exchange Policy.
