Black Arrow Venture company (“Black Arrow”, “we”, “us”) operates www.blackarrowksa.com. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, why we collect it, and what you can do about it.

What we collect

We only collect what you choose to send us. Specifically:

• Contact and partnership enquiries — your name, company name, email address, phone number, the service you selected, and the content of your message.
• Newsletter signup — your email address.
• Language preference — stored in your browser only (see Cookies below).

We do not run advertising trackers, and we do not buy or sell contact lists.

Why we use it

Enquiry data is used solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotations, and carry out any resulting commercial relationship. Newsletter addresses are used only to send occasional company and product updates, and every message includes an unsubscribe option.

Who processes it

The following service providers necessarily handle data on our behalf:

• Web3Forms — receives form submissions and forwards them to our email.
• Vercel — hosts this website and processes standard server logs, including IP addresses, for security and reliability.
• Google Analytics — measures site traffic and usage so we can improve the site; your IP address is anonymized before it reaches Google’s servers.

We do not share your information with anyone else except where required by Saudi law.

Cookies and local storage

This site uses Google Analytics to measure traffic, which sets a small number of analytics cookies; we do not set any advertising cookies or trackers. We also store a single value in your browser’s local storage — your language preference (English or Arabic) — so the site opens in the language you chose. You can clear cookies and local storage at any time through your browser settings.

How long we keep it

Enquiry correspondence is retained for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our commercial and tax record-keeping obligations, then deleted. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

Under the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) you may request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or withdraw consent to marketing contact. Email info@blackarrowksa.com and we will respond within 30 days.

Security

This site is served over HTTPS with HSTS enforced. Enquiry data is transmitted over encrypted connections. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.

Language

This document is published in English and Arabic. If there is any conflict or inconsistency between the two versions, the English version shall prevail.
