Shipping Policy

1. Where we deliver
We deliver across Saudi Arabia. We do not ship internationally.
2. Shipping options and costs
- Standard shipping: 30 SAR, delivered in 4-5 business days.
- Fast shipping: 50 SAR, delivered in 2-3 business days.
You choose the shipping option at checkout. Delivery times count from the day your order ships.
3. Order preparation
3D printed items (artwork, keychains, gifts and custom prints) are typically prepared within 3 to 5 business days, as most are made to order. In-stock printers, filament and accessories ordered before 4 pm (Saudi time) on a business day (Sunday to Thursday) are dispatched the same day; later orders are dispatched the next business day. Availability, including pre-order status, is shown on each product page.
4. Tracking
A tracking number is provided once your order has shipped, so you can follow its status.
5. Damage during shipping
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 3 days of receiving it with clear photos. See the Return & Exchange Policy for details.
6. Payment
Bank Transfer, Card payment (mada, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay), Tabby and Tamara are all available at checkout.
