A1 Series Extruder Unit

The extruder unit for the Bambu Lab A1 series is built to feed filament into the hot end with strength and stability. It uses hardened-steel dual gears to increase feed force, reduce slipping, and raise wear resistance during printing. This unit helps the printer handle tougher, more abrasive materials such as carbon-fiber-reinforced nylon or glass-fiber nylon, depending on printer settings and material. Why you need it: hardened-steel gears for higher feed force and better wear resistance, reduced filament slipping for stable material flow while printing, suited to tougher materials like Carbon Fiber Nylon and Glass Fiber Nylon depending on settings, a built-in filament cutter to help purge or swap filament, and a built-in extruder motor that provides the power needed for feeding.
